- 1. Customers can join the scheme any day of the year வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் ஆண்டு முழுவதும் எந்த நாளிலும் திட்டத்தில் சேரலாம்.
- 2. Existing members can enroll in multiple schemes. ஏற்கனவே உள்ள உறுப்பினர்கள் பல திட்டங்களில் சேர முடியும்.
- 3. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for membership உறுப்பினராக சேர KYC சரிபார்ப்பு கட்டாயம்.
- 4. Monthly installments can be paid before the 30th of each month. மாத தவணைகளை ஒவ்வொரு மாதமும் 30-ஆம் தேதிக்கு முன்னதாக செலுத்தலாம்.
- 5. Payments can be made in cash, cheque, or through online options பணமாகவும் அல்லது ஆன்லைன் வாயிலாக பணம் செலுத்தலாம்.
- 6. The membership card must be surrendered at redemption.நகைகளை வாங்கும் போது உறுப்பினர் அட்டையை ஒப்படைக்க வேண்டும்.
- 7. Failure to surrender the card will result in cancellation of membership. அட்டையை ஒப்படைக்கத் தவறினால் உறுப்பினர் உரிமம் ரத்து செய்யப்படும்.
- 8. Report discrepancies in card entries or receipts within 7 days. அட்டையிலும் ரசீதுகளிலும் காணப்படும் வேறுபாடுகளை 7 நாட்களுக்குள் தெரிவிக்கவும்.
- 9. Late payments will postpone the redemption date. தாமதமான பணப்பரிவர்த்தனைகள் நகைகள் வாங்கும் தேதியை தாமதப்படுத்தும்
- 10. Rewards and discounts are forfeited if the scheme is discontinued early. திட்டத்தை முன்கூட்டியே நிறுத்தினால் பரிசுகளும் தள்ளுபடிகளும் வழங்கப்படாது
- 11. The redemption date is 30 days after the last successful installment இறுதியான வெற்றிகரமான தவணை செலுத்தப்பட்ட நாளுக்குப் பிறகு 30 நாட்கள் கழித்தே நகைகளை வாங்க முடியும் .
- 12. Government taxes apply to the delivery of jewellery. அலங்கார பொருட்களின் விநியோகத்திற்கு அரசாங்க வரிகள் பொருந்தும்.
- 13. The scheme cannot be combined with other company schemes. இந்த திட்டத்தை மற்ற நிறுவனத் திட்டங்களுடன் இணைக்க முடியாது.
- 14. Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without explanation. மேலாண்மை எந்தவொரு விண்ணப்பத்தையும் விளக்கம் வழங்காமல் ஏற்க அல்லது நிராகரிக்க உரிமை வைக்கிறது.
